While we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life, lateness, cancellations and ‘no-shows’ can disrupt the high quality experience that we aspire to share with all those we provide care for. We also have to compensate the therapist for keeping their time open for you. If you are not present for your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment’s start time, the full cost of treatment will be charged to you. If you run a bit late, we will accommodate when possible, otherwise treatment will be provided for the time remaining in your appointment slot. In the case that you take ill or an emergency exists, we can reasonably accommodate you, providing we are notified as soon as possible. We trust you understand and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Once an appointment is booked you will be notified via confirmation text. You may call us back within ten minutes of booking to cancel with no penalties. Otherwise, payments made for scheduled therapy sessions are nonrefundable. Should you have an unforeseen challenge with your scheduled time, you can transfer your paid service to someone of your choice, or reschedule. To reschedule, please do so at least 24-hours before your appointment’s start time.
