Sole Renew is a welcoming space for mind-body holistic health and wellness, where we gently explore the deeper roots of imbalance and support you in creating meaningful, positive shifts in both acute and long-standing conditions. Here, you are met with care, compassion, and intention; supported in reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom and returning to greater balance, clarity, and vitality, even when it has felt like nothing else has worked.

Through an integrative blend of holistic modalities, we offer both in-person and virtual experiences that support the body’s natural capacity to restore, realign, and heal. Our offerings include Bioenergetic Therapy, Belief Work, Hypnotherapy, Foot Zone Therapy, Sound Therapy, Quantum Reiki, and advanced bioresonance-based wellness assessments that provide deeper insight into your body’s energetic patterns and areas calling for support.

Sole Renew was founded by Sioux Greaux, a Mindset Specialist and Energy Medicine Practitioner whose work is centered on helping individuals uncover the underlying causes of physical, emotional, mental, and energetic imbalance. Each session is a collaborative and heart-centered experience, thoughtfully guided to create space for awareness, release, transformation, and renewal.

Our approach integrates hands-on therapy, energy medicine, and subconscious re-patterning to support the whole person; mind, body, soul, and spirit. We have supported clients navigating digestive concerns, stress, trauma, PTSD, emotional imbalance, physical discomfort, grief, anxiety, ancestral patterns, and more, helping them move toward greater ease, resilience, and well-being.

In addition to one-on-one sessions, Sole Renew offers group experiences, retreats, sound healing gatherings, corporate wellness activations, and educational presentations designed to foster mindfulness, connection, and holistic well-being within both personal and professional spaces.

In-person sessions are available at our East Point, GA location. Through our virtual offerings, we have had the honor of supporting clients across the United States and internationally, including in Canada, Greece, Malta, South Africa, Israel, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, and North Macedonia; creating space for connection, restoration, and healing no matter the distance.
